Pandini’s is an award-winning, fast-casual Italian concept offering individual pizzas, salads, pasta, and desserts. Center to Pandini’s theme is the idea of fusing “Old World Style with New World Flavor.” Simply, this means using the building blocks of Italian Cuisine — dough, pasta, cheese, etc. combined with today’s most popular new flavor sensations. This theme is resonated throughout Pandini’s from the menu to the decor.

The menu features individual pizzas with classic hand-stretched dough and toppings with an exciting new twist such as Caribbean jerk, Maui barbecue, and shrimp scampi. The Labretti is a new twist on a sandwich, freshly-baked, hand-stretched pizza dough folded and filled with greens, cheese and meats like peppercorn steak and pesto chicken. Pasta ranges from the traditional linguine with meatballs to the more modern Thai peanut chicken. The food at Pandini’s is prepared as ordered “on stage” in front of the guest and the dining room is inviting with warm, rich colors and features Old World elements such as Renaissance artwork. The modern architecture, metallic finishes and modern furniture help to create the New World feel.
