Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli started as a bagel and ice cream store in a small 1,400 sq. ft. space in a 100 year old building in Denver, Colorado. “Heidi’s Bagels and Ice Cream” later named Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli” was opened Sept. 9, 1994. From pastrami to corned beef to prime rib sandwiches and tasty wraps, to fresh salads, soups and healthy smoothies, to mouth-watering cheesecake, ice cream and other delectable desserts, you’ll want to keep coming back to try something new.
Start your day with one of our special “Susie’s Breakfast Burritos” filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheese, home fried potatoes, and spicy green chili. Or how about a veggie bagel sandwich…the choices are delicious. We only use the best ingredients between our made-from-scratch fresh baked breads. Water, flour, olive oil blend, yeast, sugar & a pinch of salt….but no artificial preservatives or additives. You can choose from Ciabatta, Pumpernickle, Italian, Sourdough, and many more.
Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli offers casual, upscale dining featuring 39 Specialty Sandwiches including “Nathans Hot Dogs” of New York. A wide variety of items served during the breakfast & lunch dayparts keeps customers in the stores all day. Most stores operate 7 days per week from 7am to around 9pm. Our restaurants range in square footage from 1,500 to 3,000 sq. ft. with the ideal range between 1,800 to 2,500 sq. ft. The majority of our weekly sales volume is done over the lunch hour.
